I have an opportunity to do it for 3 months.

Moodu yelluga chestunna..dont take work, start assigning them..take charge of project and drive it...schedule meetings as per ur schedule..basic ga be a lead

how do you resolve the conflicts.? for example, if you have meetings for the same time at both clients.?

Simple, never reveal the fact that you are working elsewhere with any of your peers no matter how close they are..

if you are on H1B better take the job only from a well trusted source... ledantey @USCIS ki inform chestaru unnadi unchukunnadi rendu pothay...  or else PM me for details..

@pillirevanthAnduke anindi...be a boss and you schedule them as per ur convenience..still if there are conflicts choose the meeting which will effect less if u arent there and say couldn't make it
