What is the point of reservation?

Not true. A lot of people take privilege for granted. Having educated parents and never being discriminated is in itself a privilege that people take for granted. Only if you are in a minority will you understand the effort it takes to reach echelons in any field. The biggest problem with being in a minority is that people don't expect you to do more, infact people expect you to give up already. That's why it's important to encourage them because it takes a lot more effort for them to do what privileged people do without any issues.

Like I said, I think reservations bring balance to the society. Everyone should be allowed to dream of a better life than their parents did, but if you don't provide them with enough oppurtunities to help them pursue it, you are not allowing them to dream bigger.

I always thought about this ... if you are accepting reservation it is like stating publicly that you aren't worthy for the job and you need reservation to get it. It will be an instant reducer in my self respect of I ever get something like that.

The main goal of reservation is  to give jobs to undeserved candidate

To enjoy freebies for Life Time in the name of reparations

 

Reservation were accepted in early days not now

If they go to govt schooland say they don't have good teachers go to court to get good teachers.

 

The problem with education system is they hire teachers who passed the qualification exam on the border 

Teachers should be hired who have a distinction not the below avg person

This person does not know anything 

How can he teach someone.

Personally I believe that reservation are complete contradiction to right to equality which is a fundamental right
