What is the point of reservation?

If they go to govt schooland say they don't have good teachers go to court to get good teachers.

 

The problem with education system is they hire teachers who passed the qualification exam on the border 

Teachers should be hired who have a distinction not the below avg person

This person does not know anything 

How can he teach someone.

Personally I believe that reservation are complete contradiction to right to equality which is a fundamental right

The pretext of reservations has always been that it will ensure a balance in the society. I don’t get how it can balance the social injustices suffered by them when they are downgrading themselves. It is not helping them gain more knowledge, health or social status. They are just some disliked people with some middle class money.
