demand for housing started new set of investment in apartments putting pressure on rental prices a bit

if one calculates the difference between renting and buying, the margin is bit higher now than 2 yrs ago, hence more people are willing to rent now than an year before

Interest rates are the one single important factor contributing to above

I see.  But i am thinking to invest this year chudali how it works out. I want to live in that home  though
