That's good and valid point. Details matter here. For example, my extended family member did not give and Main roads paddayi in his fields so how will gov handle such cases. And, if someone give majority of the lands and hold on to 1/2 acres, how will that play out and what these kind of incidents leads anedi very important. Unnecessary confusion create chesinattu untadhi one way by saying these.

Construction అయ్యింది ఒక 1% land లో, అవుతుంది ఇంకో 1% land లో.. ఇంకా 98% లో.. ఒక 3% allotments అయ్యాయి. Rest of the land is ok to give it back to original owners
