Air India baggage issue

all other airlines do the same for a missing bag .. i had this bad experience once .. in that Form  they asked me to flll cost , brand of each and every item . And they have 2 week window to trace  missing bag . So i got reply on 14 th day  ( After 20 calls ) .

naa bag kooda miss ayyindhi Air india lo. evaro lady bag ni deliver chesadu after 2 days of trace. open chesi choosthe anni braa lu unnayi. pedhagane unnayi anuko adhi vere vishayam..

but yes you have to crack down and followup carefully.

ma aunty di one full bag gone, it had few nice things in it.........2yrs back iyindhi and still they couldnt find it

nadi emirates lo poyindi.... they sent it to me after 8 days... appatiki India sweets anni padayipoyayi...

Air India lo US to Hyd velletapudu na luggage Mumbai lo customs clear cheyakunda vadilesi ochaanu first time teliyaka. Next day intiki techi iccharu. Nenu kuda ade form fill chesi ochina.
