Deep cleaning is suggested even if you don’t need it in Usa . This is very common . 

However india lo metro cities lo dental is very good in some expensive clinics on par with USA standards

cleaning 1000rs i chese vallu vunnaru, nd 5k ki chese vallu vunnaru. 

I had it done once in NJ and also at remedy hospitals francise 4k thesukunnaru. Bagane chesaru. Didn't find much diff
