While Chanting ‘Allah O Akbar’ And ‘Naara E Takbeer’, Mob Vandalises Temple In Delhi’s Chandni Chowk

A temple was vandalised in Delhi’s Chandni Chowk after clashes broke out between two communities over a parking dispute on Sunday night (30 June), Press Trust of India has reported.

The incident is said to have happened after a man began assaulting a few intoxicated men over a parking dispute. The fight soon escalated and a mob vandalised a temple in the area at about 10 pm which triggered communal tensions.

A purported video of the incident released by Delhi MLA Kapil Mishra shows a mob vandalising a temple while shouting slogans like Allah O Akbar and Naara E Takbeer.

Parking row sparks communal flare-up, alert across Old Delhi

According to police, around 10.55 pm Sunday, a man identified as Aas Mohammed was parking his two-wheeler outside one Sanjeev Gupta’s home. “Gupta, who was sitting inside his house, asked him not to park the scooter, saying he parked his cart there. An argument ensued and Gupta came out of his house. According to eyewitnesses, Aas Mohammed was beaten up by some locals, but he ran away and returned with his associates,” a senior officer said.

Randhawa said, “We have registered three FIRs — including two cross FIRs against Gupta and Aas Mohammed — and detained them. The third FIR has been registered in connection with alleged rioting and vandalism at the temple against unidentified persons. We are trying to arrest the accused.”

Even a random twitter post becomes gospel for media who won't verify and immediately start abusing Hindus.

 

Couple of days there was a video of a muslim guy being forced to say "Jai Shree ram", media went bonkers, police investigated and found that it was anotehr muslim guy who was "forcing" this muslim to say it and they shot the video.
