the probability of the land value going down in a city which has near to perfect climate is less.

Hyderabad has good weather compared to many cities in India.

  better infrastructure compared to major metros and it is not overcrowded.

 the other city which has similar topography is Bangalore.

The price of  land keeps skyrocketing in the years to come
