simple. he inreased salaries of lowest rank of workers, and has put ceiling on infra investment for now.

I suspect he's going to make the center pay for most infra development, and will find a way to attract specific industries to the state.

I came to india in March to set up an industry, and I have. but its name is obviously my city's name. hehe..

If I knew Jagan was this savvy, I would've chosen to base myself in vizag or nellore.
