Android_Halwa Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 This is a clear case of using government machinery and funds for electioneering purposes to benefit the incumbent government... Indira Gandhi ki pattina gathi ae CBN ki pattadam khayam The cash transfer schemes can be linked to the popular case of India Gandhi vs Raj Narayan of 1975... Even before elections, I have been saying the same...this is illegal and should not have happened but nakka CBN thought he could get away... Quote

tom bhayya Posted July 3, 2019 Report Posted July 3, 2019 New Delhi: The Apex Court on Tuesday issued notices to the Centre, a few State Governments' and the Election Commission seeking its response on the money transfers made by the various governments ahead of the general elections. Admitting the writ petition of Jana Sena leader, Pentapati Pulla Rao, who contested the 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Elluru constituency in Andhra Pradesh as a candidate of the Pawan Kalyan-led Janasena Party, Chief Justice Bench headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi asked the State Governments of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Karnataka, and the Centre to explain the money transfers. lol Jaffa’s and langas Quote
