By 2022, diesel cars less than 4 meters are being banned and only big SUV’s and utilities will on,y be allowed to have Diesel engines and gas guzzling suv’s Will be subjected to heavy taxation as per the new bharat stage norms.

and by 2022, almost all the automobile manufacturers are coming up with electric vehicles and not just cars but three seater auto rickshaws will be run on EV

By the end of this year, Kia is launching their EV

Already almost all Automobile manufaturers told its impossible to go for complete shift to EV...

It will take time atleast by 2025 we might having a bit of push, by 2022 as you have mentioned its not possible.

By 2022 onwards, there will be no new diesel cars. Existing one will still be allowed to ply on the roads. 

I said, 2022 will see the end of manufacturing diesel cars. Petrol,CNG,LPG cars will have no issues.

Anthe kani, I did not say shift from traditional to EV.
