tax is an identifiable marker for printing new money. normally money is created when parliaments okay projects.

TN has been telling this for 30yrs. TN built a superb ration shop network, and center (congress) came up with food security act, which means that some of the money given to the state will be specifically for ration shops, when tN doesn't need it.

for eg. TN has a serious problem with open defecation, and wants to build a mllion toilets. It has to build it only with its money (of which it has none after all its schemes) and can't divert food security money to the toilets.

TN built a decent medical system with healthcare facilities attended to by doctors who studied in TN, and now central govt has imposed on it, by this NEET entrace test.

TN correctly identified that entrance tests are mostly pointless and gave seats based on just high school percentage.

56 govt school children out of 5000 seats went on to become doctors before NEET. now, not a single kid from govt kid. congrats to India.

India is a sick state, that propagates delusionary 'merit', to serve distinctly mediocre pieces of trash with money.

India should follow TN. here its the opposite way. TN is being imposed on by this mediocre state called India.

nenu cheppindhi endhi mari? brotheru, food security act specifies how many people can be covered under this act and how much each family is entitled to, which is less than what TN govt has already been providing, before this act.

TN had to rearrange its finances to fall in line with this act. why should the center dictate on something that is implemented by the state?

yes, TN is superbly governed for the most part (relative to the rest of india), and india should learn from TN, not the other way around. unless there are some good ideas.
