Physically fit ane kaadu baabai, it is also because you are in new places and don’t know the environment. Your brain/ heart/ organs function in a very different way when in an unfamiliar place. Your reactions are also a little slower. You would have traveled so energy levels are low as well. Even if what you are doing is not adventurous the coordination is not there in your body.
