Yes, I have seen this. 40k per sqyard antunnaaru land but 10k rent kuda ravatledu. Don’t know evadu kontunnadu aa rates petti

Parents are aging. Want to give them the best material thing possible. They are under lot of stress because of some family issues. 

If I move back, want to have a decent home to stay with them. My wife is also on the same page.

property koni rental anukunte neku yearly yield ~8% vastadi...adey money 401k or mutual funds lo less aggressive go petina easy ga 10-12% vastadi..may be inda lo real estate saturation ki ravochu ani believing..i could be wrong too
