personally, I think the movie has no merit. yeah, it has good production values, but no interesting theme to tie up the story - like Arjun boi grow atleast a little bit, with all 'pain' he suffered? even the director has no idea. ok.

does it have any unique insight into human condition? absolutely no. what we see is a brat who is absolutely unconcerned about the consequences of his actions, and he remains the same throughout the whole movie. and no one around him seems to have a problem with it.

the movie has lame one liners, in the form of his grandmom, about love and pain. its all bullshit picked off some self help book.

but it has great music, stunning visuals, a lead actor who put his heart and soul for the brat director envisioned, and the audience connected with that brat.

I seriously doubt this movie will be positively (overall) reviewed in any place. Telugu review world is more pathetic than the hindi one, which is why it got a pass from most critics here. It got rightly panned by the critics in hindi. and predictably loved by the audience.

everyone wants to be Arjun Reddy after all. but will run away from Arjun Reddy if he ever shows up in real. you can't handle him.

Too many mediocre people writing too much mediocrity

Test of character for Vanga depending on whether he retrospects on what he said and learn or chooses to hide behind the overwhelming support from the online rebels without a cause

Interview last ki ochey sariki felt like he realized and was thankful to the graciousness of the interviewer for letting off easy without making him look too stupid by grilling further on the points he raised

Same opinion. It was all way too convenient for the hero. Movie on the whole was a package that worked well in it's sum total.

then I appreciate Vanga's hustle to make sure that his next hindi film paycheck is atleast 10times that. i take back everything I said about vanga if he's only making a paltry 3cr from this blockbuster.

most of the time, director wont get any shares form the profits made 
unless if a deal was placed before making the film.

is vanga that much of a dumbfcuk to not realise taht its a sureshot hit? that movie ran for so many days even in Chennai, and watched by tamil people who can't understand telugu. lol.

is he so dumb to give up share in profits in exchange for coolie? I refuse to believe that news. they probably offered him to direct the movie or fcuk off.

no one knows about whats the deal, its a one time payoff or share in profits. 

may be he wants to have a break into Bollywood where he will have more reach to audience
