Telsina vallu oka ammai F1 visa lo unde....OPT lo India ki poinappudu POE lo deport aindi for some silly reason/ unlawful presense emi ledu and no ban.  F1 visa lo kakunda malli dependent visa lo ravacha like H4?

i know a guy who got deported couple years back , Do you remember when Indian students were deported back en masse two years back, one such guy after one year, appeared for visa interview and was rejected..! Although h4 and f1 are two different class, h4 could have better chance..

Initially that guy landed at SFO and got deported, NPU univ...

after he got deported, oka 1 year tarvata he gave GRE/TOEFL and this time he went to F1 interview with an admit from Univ of Illinois, Springfield...but got rejected.

The rejection could be a regular rejection or may be because of previous deportation history..
