Untadi if nothing changed like same employer and visa approved from same consulate which you are applying now

no limit on number of years for previous visa stamping..

only thing it should not expire/ or have expired for more than 1 yr.

regular process same as H1 ...

ex: first stamping 2009 May. --->  drop box eligible until 2020 April.

fill DS 160, pay fee, wait for activation...and get the confirmation form ..

no appointment needed, go to Gowra Palace give 10 fingerprints and documents...
