When there are high chances of rain- why can’t the match be reduced to 20 or 30 yrs each before it rains... to avoid D/L & have a fair game for both sides? Atleast they would know forecast ..,

When there is Extra time provision, Reserved day option why will they reduce overs before itself  just thinking that it will rain...

2 reasons

1) to see if he can gain an advantage during elections

2) if Jagan had an additional 10,000 crores, he will get the name and fame by implementing his own schemes.
