Naaku maa client mananger ninna full time offer chesadu. offer letter 1 week lo release chestanu antunadu. H1 transfer premium lo file chestha ani chepadu. 

Ippudu neenu situation elaa handle cheyali .Full time tesukovala ?? Maa manager naku 1 month time echadu decide chesaukovadaniki.

ardam avvadam ledu please chepandi . Is it better to be with desi employer for I140 approval or full time vellala client ki

fulltime lu vanda vasthayi ..140 evadu cheyadu sarigga FTE aithe.. 6 months tarvatha  1 year tarvatha ani.. last ki nee perm date say currently unna 2019 nundi late 2020 or 2021 avudhi..

Maa employer I140 start chesadu. 6 months taravatha client ki neenu jump kottadaniki neenu ready gaa vunna. Kanni I140 approval taravatha he can't revoke my I140 after staying for 6 months with my current employer.

 Full time client manager gaddu ventaney transfer chesukovali antunadu ippudu neenu veediki emani chepali . suggest me a reson bhayyas I can transfer my h1 after 6 months only

if you transfer to FT and malli modati nunchi GC start cheyadaniki time undhaa?

GC is important if time is less... Fulltime offers malli malli ravochu.. 

I140 teeskoni 6 months undu employer degara edokati chesi...then u can take your I140 wit you.

convince your FT manager for 6 months else lite
