I-140 doubt

my I-140 was approved on 03/13/2018 with old employer  

 

changed employer on 07/13/2018

 

Old employer withdrawed my I-140 on  02/11/2019    (after more than 6 months of approval)

 

new employer starting filling my GC again now... will I get same priority date from my old application(I-140)??

i-140 was valid for more than 9 months.
