Living in incomplete flat is safety hazard and illegal by law. Builder have no liability if some accident happens, since no formal possession was given.

@manu singh when you buy a flat, it's up to the builder to when complete the building.The completion date is tentative. It's the buyer who takes all the risk according to terms and conditions agreement.

I am also a victim of this amrapali fraud. And waiting for my flat in amrapali liesure park for 6 years. We are not getting any help from government also. Even supreme court is taking ages to solve the issue. Matter is wide open case of developer's negligence but no final judgement till now. This is my india.
