To be honest, if they pass this bill then in Tech World, they are shooting themselves in their leg.. American ki job ravadam e kastam after all the desi race feelings.. In my team 50 lo 3 Americans , 5 Chinese and rest Indians.. 

My cousin's school district lo Americans moving out just because their kids can't compete..

If I am a manager , I would invest 10000 for on a smart kid in India and make him finish 1 year of college and then work for my company or friends company on CPT..
