My brother's friend and classmate works as a deputy tehsildar or some kind of revenue inspector.  His boss, a lady, is retiring this year. So, she has told everyone to collect bribes and give her her share. That has become so common. Heard that even CBN demanded monthly bribery quota from every ministry; I don't know how much of it was true then.
