One way to control the chef is for the owner to become a chef. That's what you need to master. Don't depend on your workers, have a backup or someone who you can trust.

Inko case, oka colleague going thru bad phase ante, ame ki opportunity icham with good salary, and she started beating up students, oka batch motham drop out ayindi..

Why can't ppl keep things simple?

in this case i see mee management is not right ... those people are that way and there is no point in pointing fingers at them. yevaro teliyani vallu vachi story chebithe repu nee institute paritit yemiti ani alochinchu kokapovadam mee mistaken yee kadha .. you need to think if tutor rakunte next eamithadhi ani .. so secondary backup or management lo atleast one shouldbe able to backup. Constant monitoring or chueking with in classes and with students vundali .. say vallu vere vidamga students ni eamina exploit chesthara ani .. 

 

ani galiki vadilesi money okate chetulo petukunte eami cheyalemu .. of course as long as you think like our grand parents time laga lokam lo andaru machi valle edina jarigithe adaga vachu anuke kalam kadhu .. that said andaru chedavallu ani kadha .. but yentha manchi vallu vunna ma jagrattha anedhi manaku vundali ..
