There are only 140,000 Greencards issued per year and that will be divided between EB1, EB2 and EB3 equally.

 

EB2 + EB3 will get about 93K and they will reserve some 15% or so for other countries. So, lets take 80K available per year.

 

Out of the 80K, everyone will have spouses and so it can be only for about 40K H-1B applicants (35K or so practically if you take kids and other dependents into consideration).

 

this 35K may be sufficient only to cover I-140s approved for a year or so and not more than that.

 

So, final ga emi avutundi ante, this will bring equality in immigrants (all countries will wait instead of Just Indians and Chinese)
