Today we got call from doctor office and they received the pathology reports and her nodule was benign which is quite jcommon. We are seriously pissed off now why couldn’t they give the details correctly in the first place. How dumb they are playing with lives of people? What can we do now? Can we sue the doctor? Without posting the exact condition of your wife before surgery and the pathology reports...it is unfair to blame doctor's bro...there are some conditions of thyroid wherein the condition may be benign but pathology procedures can't ascertain the malignancy owing to the procedural complications...so we go for hemithyroidectomy any way...nee frustration arthamaindhi..but medical science is like this bro..we can never be 100% sure...ikkada nu genuine ga thread vesina , kondaru half knowledge vallu doctor bashing chesthunnaru..every sector has black sheep but we shouldn't generalise the whole profession bro... 1 Quote

vokatonumberkurrodu Posted July 13, 2019 Report Posted July 13, 2019 Indian doctors act a psychos sometime if they are treating a NRI. I went to a dentist in india for teeth cleaning. he first gave me option whether to numb the area and do it or not. I said well if that relieves some discomfort then please do it. I never had cleaning before so i didnt know how it felt. then he started to insult me saying..indians when they go to america become sensitive and ask for anesthesia for every small thing. Then i said ok dont give me anesthesia. i can bare the pain. when i was having root canal during school days i had it done without anesthesia so this cleaning should be a breeze. so cut the crap and just get the things done....
