Aunties/uncles plz help. Whole milk tho naa? Why not even Indian store yogurt match the taste of home prepared crud back home??

You need thodu from desi lacto bacillus culture. Ikada culture veru anduke same taste radhu.

Vese thodu chukkani batti untaadi bhayaa.. 

Paalani machinga kaachu Let it cool down and then just slight vechaga unnapudu koncham perugu oka ara liter paalaki oka tea spoon vesthe sari pothadi ika daanni overnight keep it outside anthe poddune chuste gadda perugu ready.. 

Taravaata fridge loki toseyatame..

Whole milk use cheyala bro leda 2% milk aa? Which is best for home prepared yogurt?

Whole milk ponge Varaku kachi let it cool . Little more than warm milk (slightly hot) lo half garita perugu veyandi. Good culture ayite 3 hours lo set avutundi . I live in a cold place it sets in 3 hours . Culture lekapote desi dahi to try it .

Yogurt endi vayya perugu anu...

Whole milk ante koncham cream and taste better unde chances ekkuva, adhe meegada baa vastadi..
