Health insurance, if you use an emergency service and avoid paying bills it goes to collection agent. I know one uncle who came in 2000's went to see Emergency  and ignored the medical bill, it went to collection agents. Insurance is indirectly he is linking with ObamaCare. In case if someone had ObamaCare and attempted to not to obey the law they will be penalized.

In US they give 1500 or so for students with no income. They should be doing masters or bachelors and be US citizens. So mana desis create a tax return in hr block .no income but only 1098T. The software automatically suggest 1500 refund. You just need to file.everyone does that.
