taggayi ane question ki straight answer ledu, my cousin sold last week $24k/sq yard. But for those who don't need money do you think they will sell for cheaper price tag when they saw the potential in making that money? Hell no. Biggest sufferers will be those who spent hard earned money and brought. But lot of people converted black to white with those transactions and couple of NRI's invested money. So they are willing to sell you for cheap rate? Bottom line is everyone is holding. There are no big movement/transactions as far as I know.
