lol, funny thing, 29 villages lo big landlords who did not give to CBN now hiding. They demanded CBN to give the lands back now Jagan said he will give lands and they in-directly doesn't want to take it. Live examples with full details istha you can cross verify. Evado endhuku maa babai sold 14 crs worth of land all White and he even had lot of cases against CBN on land pooling. Now he is underground and not coming out. He made money from CBN time and he doesn't want any land back. People are so greedy. They say it for the heck of a sake not actually meant. Their inner meaning is more greed.

As per your nalaysis land rates taggay emaina or still alne vunnai antavaa?..Sand daridram valla maa construction kuda agipoyindhi ..ma babai and maadhi mutal construction adhi..Sand dorkata ledhu..dorkina too epxensive as of now..

Adem question man, obviously. Nuvvu natho ra I will show how many people are willing to go back to do agriculture. All those water lines removed from fields back isthe why not? We only and always hear those people make more noise without any substance in newspaper. In my village, people are fine either way. Those who are tired or no energy to go back to agriculture will not support but there are only handful of people in each village. Low income families may not interested but their share is fairly low.

rates are fluctuating and i did not find a genuine seller or buyer so far. But it will definitely stabilize by end of this year. This is too early to say Jagan don't care either because his budget is for current year alone and he did not tell it will be like this forever. Upper class and above middle class will start to show discomfort if he don't make progress which is key for his administration. Matter of time.
