Ok, let's be brutally honest, meeku natural ga work avvadhu, what is the next best option your wife wants? I'm telling you my cousin didn't have kids and their life is ruined due to this. Age is key, you have to be smart, wise and make decisions sooner than later because when things go out of hand and you start to lose patience you and your wife feel lot of anguish. I am sure you seems more educated, but I don't know about your partner's level of openness towards this. Obviously, she is more influenced towards her friends and family and it may add more stress on you but you can do it. Whatever is next best option just do it. 1 Quote

Even though it's painful I am thinking realistically only, want to go for IVF as I am already 33. The reason for this post is to know good doctors information. As IVF is too commercialized and doesn't want to end with the wrong doctor as it will make things worse. Quote
