motility should be at least 40% for natural pregnancy and mine is 3% and that's why we are having less hope.

The main problem is we are not finding a good doctor here of male infertility treatments. most of them seem bookish knowledge.  I spoke to one doctor in hyderbad and he seem to have good experience and pretty knowledgeable. I am thinking of visiting him.

ohh ! all the best dude.

Ok, let's be brutally honest, meeku natural ga work avvadhu, what is the next best option your wife wants? I'm telling you my cousin didn't have kids and their life is ruined due to this. Age is key, you have to be smart, wise and make decisions sooner than later because when things go out of hand and you start to lose patience you and your wife feel lot of anguish. I am sure you seems more educated, but I don't know about your partner's level of openness towards this. Obviously, she is more influenced towards her friends and family and it may add more stress on you but you can do it. Whatever is next best option just do it.

Totally agree with you brother. Even though it's painful I am thinking realistically only, want to go for IVF as I am already 33. The reason for this post is to know good doctors information. As IVF is too commercialized and doesn't want to end with the wrong doctor as it will make things worse.

TS clarity tho IVF try chestanu ani chebutunte nuvvu emiti madyalo Surrogate ani confuse chestunnavu?

IVF ante, they will pick the right motile 2% sperm and will use it to work on partners egg.

This way, no third party is involved in the process.

Partner ki emaina issues undi, baby ni carry cheyyalekapothe appudu surrogate option picture loki vastadi

The more you pay the better (hopefully) treatment you get. If you don't know/trust, then go to whoever is the most expensive piece of $hit. Good and quality is never cheap. One blind rule of thumb.

I'm preparing for both options. After lot of nightmare you convince yourself to one thing and it that doesn't work? It is just giving a hope that there are endless options. Not meant him to use one and not other.

I am ready to pay the best as long as they know what they are doing.
