Yes, maa lead ki matter ledhu... aa vishyam manager ki telusu... naa projects too kuch involve kadu lead... just status and FTE meetings lo aa status cheppadam anthey... appudapudu Lead extra lu chesthadu but nenu oka one week emi info ivanu and pani slow ga chesthanu .... somehow my manager protects me and he asks lead to take some of my work... Lead offshore thomwork cheyali aa panini which is a nightmare for him... aa offshore ithani laagaey FTE for client... so he cannot do much... ila politics nadichi nappudu manaku mgr support untey... slow work chey... ardam ivuthundhi lead and manager ki... naa case I’m working for same manager even before lead joined our team... he knows me well and I dont complain whatever the situation is...

it is not good idea to complain in the first place. If you are mature enough you will analyze your lead and you will be able to handle yourself
