but these bitches need to learn.. burden of proof lies with the prosecution but still these judges favor them.. case nuvvu gelavavu.. but don't make it easy for them.. contest and don't show up wantedly.. they waste their time.. if you show up and the cop doesn't show up.. you automatically win the case..

I contested in MA . I got the ticket waived out . Mostly court kelthae they will waive it out .
