chala cards unnayi . most of them offer 3% fee on bal transfers . bofa and citi cards are mostly gives best deals. 

chase salte and bank of amri  card give no fee on bal transfers for fist 60 days of card opening ( card to card transfer )

yes  , slate or Amri card  . i cash them out using DCU card . once my needs are done i close them so that i can reopen them .

I run with just 2 credit cards...with bare minimum limits of 5K and 15K ante...never used 40% of limits of any of those cards.
