you are not getting my point ..if some one didnt sell how will the rate drop?..its just like stocks right..if there are more buyers the price will go up if more sellers price will go down

Majority of CRDA lands are trading based on betting the future. Maybe we don't see anything in near time but it won't be a bad investment. It totally depends on how we look. Some can argue it's not worth to buy when there is nothing but imagine from local perspective? For me at least owning something in CRDA makes more sense and it's the cost to pay than something in Hyd or far places where I don't have anyone to look after. This varies from person to person and i'm not generalizing.

i am not talking about some one like you who is local...as an outsider i dont see a point buying at 40k price which is ridiculous

even at 25k i dont see a point uncle without knowing waht the future will look like..isnt it better to buy at kunchanapalli/tadepalli area for around 30-40K which has all infra existing already...you car travel to vjw in 10 mins...bustand or railway stationki 20 mins...gunturki 30mins

అమరావతి, జూలై 22 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): తెలుగువారి స్వప్నం అమరావతిని వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వం చంపేసిందని టీడీపీ అధ్యక్షుడు మాజీ సీఎం చంద్రబాబు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. జగన్‌ ప్రభుత్వ నిర్వాకం వల్ల అమరావతి పడిపోయి హైదరాబాద్‌ ఇంకా పైపైకి వెళ్తోందని విజయవాడలో వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ‘‘ఐదు కోట్ల ఆంధ్రుల స్వప్నం అమరావతి. యువతకు ఉద్యోగాలు, రాష్ట్రానికి ఆదాయం సృష్టించగల డైనమిక్‌ నగరంగా దీనిని రూపుదిద్దాలని తపించాం. తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రానికి హైదరాబాద్‌ నగరం ఎలా వెన్నెముకగా నిలిచిందో, అమరావతిని ఈ రాష్ట్రానికి అంత బలమైన ఆధారంగా నిలబెట్టాలని శ్రమించాం. కానీ జగన్‌ ప్రభుత్వం ఆ ఆశలను చిదిమేస్తోంది.

 

అధికారంలో ఉన్న వారికి తెలివి ఉండాలి... మూర్ఖత్వం కాదు. వీరి తెలివితక్కువ తనం వల్ల రాజధాని నిర్మాణానికి రావాల్సిన రూ.ఐదు వేల కోట్ల రుణం పోయింది. భూముల విలువలు సగానికి సగం పడిపోయాయి. కొద్దిగా జాగ్రత్త వహిస్తే ప్రభుత్వం చేతిలో ఉన్న భూమి విలువ రూ. రెండు లక్షల కోట్లకు చేరేది. కానీ ఆ అవకాశం పోగొడుతున్నారు. ఒక వ్యక్తి అతి తెలివి రాష్ట్రాన్ని భ్రష్టు పట్టిస్తోంది’ అని చంద్రబాబు విమర్శించారు. రాజధాని ప్రాంత రైతులు స్వచ్ఛందంగా 33 వేల ఎకరాల భూమి ఇవ్వడం దేశంలోనే పెద్ద సంచలనంగా నిలిచిందని, సింగపూర్‌.. అమరావతి నిర్మాణానికి ఉచితంగా మాస్టర్‌ ప్లాన్‌ తయారు ఇచ్చిందని తెలిపారు.

 

 

‘‘అమరావతికి రుణం ఇవ్వడానికి ప్రపంచ బ్యాంక్‌ బాగా ఆసక్తి చూపింది. కొన్ని పనులు ముందుగా చేపట్టడానికి కూడా అనుమతి ఇచ్చింది. వీళ్లు గతంలో ఇచ్చిన ఫిర్యాదులపై కొంత విచారణలు జరిపినా రుణం ఇవ్వడానికి సానుకూలతతోనే ఉంది. కాని కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చిన తర్వాత.. తన వైఖరిని ప్రపంచ బ్యాంక్‌కు చెప్పాల్సి ఉంది. వారి అనుమానాలు నివృత్తి చేయాల్సిందిపోయి తామే ఇక్కడ రాజధానిపై విచారణ మొదలు పెట్టామని చెప్పారు. దీంతో ప్రపంచ బ్యాంక్‌ తన రుణ ప్రతిపాదనను రద్దు చేసుకొంది’ అని వివరించారు. తమ చేతగానితనం కప్పిపుచ్చుకోవడానికి టీడీపీ ప్రభుత్వంపై అవినీతి ఆరోపణలు చేస్తున్నారని మండిపడ్డారు. ‘వైఎస్‌ రాజశేఖరరెడ్డి హయాంలో ప్రభుత్వానికి... ప్రభుత్వానికి మధ్య ఒప్పందం పేరుతో విశాఖ బాక్సైట్‌, వ్యాన్‌పిక్‌లో ఏ టెండర్లు లేకుండా ఒప్పందాలు జరిగిపోయాయి. అమరావతిలో సింగపూర్‌ కంపెనీలకు అలా ఇవ్వకుండా స్విస్‌ ఛాలెంజ్‌ టెండర్‌ విధానం ద్వారా భూములు ఇచ్చాం. అమరావతితో మొదలు పెట్టి ప్రతి అంశంపైనా తమ పార్టీ తరపున వాస్తవ పత్రాలు ఇస్తాం’’ అని చంద్రబాబు ప్రకటించారు.

 

 

పోలవరంలో కూడా ఇదే తంతు...

కట్టుకధలు అల్లి టీడీపీ ప్రభుత్వంపై వైసీపీ నేతలు దుష్ప్రచారానికి తెగబడుతున్నారని చంద్రబాబు విమర్శించారు. ‘‘వైఎస్‌ హయాంలో పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు నిర్మాణానికి తట్టెడు సిమెంటు కూడా వేయలేదు. మేం 71 శాతం పనులు పూర్తి చేశాం. నడుస్తున్న కంపెనీలను తప్పించి వైఎస్‌ టెండర్లు రద్దు చేశారు. మళ్లీ టెండర్లు పిలిచి పనులు మొదలు పెట్టడానికి అనేక సంవత్సరాలు పట్టింది. మేం పనులు చేశామని ఒప్పుకోలేరు. అందుకే మాపై బురద చల్లి మేం చేసిన పనుల ఖ్యాతి తగ్గించాలని చూస్తున్నారు’’ అని చంద్రబాబు విమర్శించారు.

 

 

రాజధానిపై ఇంత అక్కసా?: చంద్రబాబు

రాజకీయంగా ఎంత వైరం ఉన్నా, రాజధానిపై ఇంత అక్కసు తగదని చంద్రబాబు మండిపడ్డారు. ‘‘రుణం రాకపోవడం చాలా బాధాకరం. ఆర్థిక మంత్రి విశ్వసనీయత కోల్పోయేలా అడ్డంగా మాట్లాడుతున్నారు. బాధ్యత గల పదవిలో ఉండి సభకు అవాస్తవాలు చెబుతున్నారు. కొత్తగా మంజూరుచేసిన 328 మిలియన్‌ డాలర్ల రుణం కూడా మా ప్రభుత్వంలోనే వచ్చింది. గతంలో హైదరాబాద్‌ విషయంలో కూడా ఇలాగే మాట్లాడారు. మీ నిర్ణయాల వల్ల ఇప్పుడు కూడా హైదరాబాద్‌ అభివృద్ధి చెందుతుంది తప్ప, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ కాదు. అమరావతిపై మీకు ఎంత అక్కసు ఉందో తెలిసిపోయింది. బలవంతంగా భూములు తీసుకున్నాం అని ఆరోపించడం కాదు. కావాలంటే రైతులతో ఒక సమావేశం ఏర్పాటుచేసి మీ ఆరోపణలు నిజమని నిరూపించండి. అప్పుడు దేనికైనా సిద్ధమే‘‘ అని బాబు సవాల్‌ విరిచారు.
