Netapp is even better. Every day panera bread bagels, coffee free, every friday lunch free each week oka cuisine, some weekdays 3 pm snacks cakes free, friday 3pm pizza and beer free.  I gained 10 pounds when i worked there eating those creamy fatty stuff

Constellation brands ani oka company undi Rochester daggarlo Finger Lakes Area lo. Akkada oka friend chesadu contractor kinda then took up FT, awesome place to work adi. Every Friday starting at 3 pm akkada bar free for all, even for contractors. That company owns Corona and a few other beer brands so Friday 3 pm nunde happy hour masth enjoy chesevallu. 

Naaku ochindi job akkada teesukoledu, I regret that. lol.

Yeah some companies have that budget and will be awesome to work there. General culture in those companies is very good. I miss Net App i mean i miss their food

during my prev mgr regime - 

bi-weekly lunch ki pilichevallu kadhu, 

if some one brings some donuts/ sweets or any.. group mail lo contracters ni ignore chesi mail pette vallu - "hey have donuts/ fruits at my desk. Please dont forget to pickup, Desk no:.. "ani, inka forget about brewing coffee or reserved parking.

New Mgr ragane - he changed everything - requested/ approved reserved parking for contractors also in our team, we r invited for bi-weekly lunch. Atmosphere motham marindhi.. Ofcourse team meetings ki we r limited to attend ( adhi common company insider or privacy)

Virginia lo oka nondescript place lo chesa.. akkada Contractors ki Cafeteria lo annee free.. whereas Employees ki meal plan salary deduction vundedi.. eppudaina all hands meeting appudu maatram employees ki kooda free vundedi.. appudu literal ga dommee jarigedi.. folks used to run from the meeting room to the cafeteria to avoid the long lines..

May be its not about the coffee expenditure... but a coffee kosam  contractors (high pay) vachi 15-20 mins spend cheste poye over all  money gurinchi emoo ?

On one of my prior projects, contractors were not given WiFi access. So we got our own ISP account, modem and WiFi.
