ఒక implementation project లో మా PM చిన్న చిన్న extra additional requests కి కూడా ఒక specification లాగ create చేసి client కి extra billing వేసేవాడు ..client గానికి కోపం వచ్చి ..water ,coffee ,gym  అన్ని facilities cut చేసాడు..
