Mumbai is such an incredible city....no another city on earth like Mumbai. This is the city which never sleeps..

People here are very friendly and never tend to stop ee varshalu gatra ela unna keep moving this city has some spirit which is unbeatable.

Ee city lo unnantha transport flexibility and 24*7 availability  ee city lonu undadhu, auto walas ply on meter even if its short distance and cost of living is not too high.

Locals are life line for the City avi aagayante city will be stand still for sure.

Basically 1 Room Kitche (1 RK), 1 Bedroom Hall Kitchen (1 BHK) flats ke demand ekkuva....2 BHK,3 BHK Balconies avi ippudu kotha modern construction and towers lone ekkuva kanapadathaayi..

Also very rarely you will find a individual house that too in main city only or far off suburbs like Vasai..

Yes peak time locals lo groups untaayi daanivalla koncham problem eh.. So have to avoid Virar locals in rush time if you are travelling up to borivali or before stations.
