tacobell fan Posted July 25, 2019 Report Posted July 25, 2019 Someone recommended me to switch the shampoo every month so that you are not accumulating the chemicals to avoid damaging over a period. But it's not good idea to shampoo every day, too. You can try alternate day. Quote
