New townhouse HVAC indoor unit water leaking. Builder is nor cooperative. Both builder and contractor are playing games and not helpfull, simply blaming on me that I didnt change the filter, as they said, we will have 1 yr maintenance free. Any ideas...

its dripping over the AC furnace fan, may be from the coil I believe. its a new home appude clog ela avuthadi..

Is it in unfinished basement? or attic?
