I think he got carried away by recent Kabir Singh success and wanted to buy the movie before it releases. He mistook the slow narration of Dear comrade same as that of Arjun reddy - in Arjun reddy 2nd half , though lengthy it made the audience connect more and made it a cult movie. Here its the opposite.
