They are making difficult for Chinese to purchase the house

As locals are unable to purchase a house.

But I don't think there will be slow down in real estate as thata main business is real estate

Yes.

If there is slump the price of high end house will  also fall. It not the regular person on the street. Most people who purchase high end house want to sell them when there is profit

No one wants to make loss in a house.

The real slump starts in mid of 2023 or early 2024 before the election.

By then thata and his frnds would have made enough profit.

Based on current trend 2020 will be for Trump

As there is no strong opposition.

the financial market is well prepared and cautious enough to over the 2008 type crisis and many checks and balances are in place now...
