eech-okati extension ki vendor uttaram

hi folks,

i am applying for eech-okati extension next week, I work in EVC model. client letter icharu with 3 years in it, vendor gadu only one year petti(with end date) vadiki istam vachina format lo ichadu, i tried convincing vendor to give letter without end date and with 3 years but he is saying they can't give the letter as i requested. vadu ichina letter pedte issues vastayi pakka.

my question, is vendor letter compulsory for eech-okati extension, is there any alternative ??  i am very nervous

 please suggest some ideas or share information if you know

client letter is more valuable than vendor so you are good.
