Suggest some resistance training

I am planning to loose 20 kg in 6 months 

I am currently doing squats with wieghts , bench press , dead lift and push ups 

running 3 miles  3 times a week , 15 to 20 mile biking 

 

need more exercise for upper body , suggest some wieght training with pictures

Start HIT man....with good diet....you can loose 3 pounds a week

Many apps like fitness buddy or so...

Okati follow avvu and hit gym...no alternative..

All you need is a body ball and a resistance and jumping rope. Search YouTube fir tutorials on how to use use just these two fir a workout.
