However, in India, that is not so important, that's why you don't see much focus on such stuff in training. One of the ways is to practice like this. If the speech is "word0, word1, word2, ...wordN", just start by word0 word0, word1 word0, word1 word2 .... word0, word1, word2. .... wordN That way, one can figure out where one slips, or mispronounces or can't smooth out junctions, etc. After enough practice, you can deliver such a speech.
