How much amount you can deposit in first 30 days ?? Because there are some banks like Discover, Wells Fargo etc who will give you money to put money in their savings accounts. I think it was Discover or CapitalOne which was giving $200 for depositing $25K

Discover gives $150 if you put 15k ... $200 if you put $25k

  VIO bank gives 2.50 APY..

PNC bank - 2.36 APY

 

All the above banks are FDIC insured upto 250,000  have no maintenance fee and no minimum balance issues... yes all Savings accounts have a limitation of 6 withdrawals per month/statement cycle.. which is not that difficult to manage...
