Somedude Posted July 31, 2019 Report Posted July 31, 2019 ఒకరు హిందూ.. మరొకరు ముస్లిం.. ఇద్దరు అమ్మాయిల పెళ్లి.. ఇదో ‘న్యూయార్క్ లవ్స్టోరీ’ న్యూయార్క్: ప్రేమకు ఎటువంటి హద్దులూ లేవు. ఎల్లలు లేనిదే ప్రేమ. అది ఎప్పుడు? ఎక్కడ? ఎవరిమీద? పుడుతుందో ఎవరూ చెప్పలేరు. ఎప్పటికీ చెప్పలేరు కూడా. ఇలా చెప్పుకుంటూ పోతే ప్రేమ గురించి చాలా మంది రచయితలు, కవులు రకరకాలుగా కథలు, కవితలు రాసేశారు. వీరిని ఆదర్శంగా తీసుకొని ఎల్లలు లేని, ఎటువంటి భేదాలూ లేని ప్రేమ కోసం చాలాకాలం ఎదురుచూశారా అమ్మాయిలు. చివరికి కలల లోకం అమెరికాలో వారి కల ఫలించింది. ఎట్టకేలకు వారి ఎదురుచూపులకు ఫుల్స్టాప్ పడింది. ఇది భారత్కు చెందిన అంజలి చక్ర, పాకిస్తాన్కు చెందిన కళాకారిణి సుందాస్ మాలిక్ల ప్రేమ కథ. దాయాది దేశాల బిడ్డలైన వీరిద్దరూ న్యూయార్క్లో తొలిసారిగా కలిశారు. ఆ తర్వాత మంచి స్నేహితులయ్యారు. ఒకరిలోపాలు ఒకరు అర్థం చేసుకున్నారు. ఇద్దరూ లెస్బియన్లేనని తెలుసుకొని తొలుత అవాక్కయినా, తర్వాత చాలా సంతోషించారు. అక్కడే పెళ్లి బంధంతో ఇద్దరూ ఒకటయ్యారు. ఫెళ్లయిన ఏడాది సందర్భంగా వీరిద్దరూ ఓ పొటోషూట్ తీయించుకున్నారు. ఈ ఫొటోలను ఇన్స్టాగ్రామ్లో పంచుకున్న వీరిద్దరూ తమ జీవితం గురించి కొన్ని విషయాలను కూడా ఆ ఫొటోలకు జత చేశారు. ‘కుటుంబం, బంధువులు, సినిమాలు.. ఇలా అన్నింటిలో రకరకాల ప్రేమను చూస్తూ పెరిగా. పెద్దయ్యాక నేను లెస్బియన్ అని తెలిసి భయపడ్డా. ఈ సమాజం నన్ను అంగీకరిచదేమో. నా కుటుంబం నన్ను వెలివేస్తుందేమో అని వణికిపోయా. కానీ నా భయాలన్నింటినీ అంజలి దూరం చేసింది. ఆమె కుటుంబం కూడా నన్ను తమ కూతురిలాగే అంగీకరించారు. ఇప్పుడు నా ఆనందానికి అవధుల్లేవు’ అంటూ రాసుకొచ్చింది సుందన్ మాలిక్. అలానే అంజలి కూడా ఈ ఫొటోలపై స్పందిస్తూ..‘మేమిద్దరం డేటింగ్ మొదలెట్టిన కొత్తల్లో మమ్మల్ని ఆఫీసులో ఎవరైనా చూస్తారేమోనని భయపడి చచ్చేదాన్ని. కానీ ఇప్పుడు నగరంలో జరిగే చాలా వివాహాలకు ఇద్దరమూ కలిసి అతిథులుగా వెళ్తున్నాం. నాకెంత సంతోషంగా ఉందో మాటల్లో చెప్పలేను’ అని పేర్కొంది. ఈ ఫొటోలు చూసిన నెటిజన్లు.. వీరిద్దరి ప్రేమను ఆకాశానికెత్తేస్తున్నారు. ఈ మహిళా దంపతులను అభినందనల్లో ముంచేస్తున్నారు.
