Hydrockers Posted July 31, 2019 Report Posted July 31, 2019 డియోలుసినిమాక్రీడలుబిగ్ బాస్ 3బిజినెస్ఫ్యామిలీఫోటోలుట్రెండింగ్ జీలో 11 శాతం వాటా విక్రయం 31 Jul, 2019 20:55 IST|Sakshi ఇన్వెస్కో ఒపెన్హైమర్ డెవలపింగ్ మార్కెట్స్ ఫండ్ 11 శాతం వాటా కొనుగోలు రూ.4424కోట్ల డీల్ సాక్షి, ముంబై : జీ ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ ఎంటర్ప్రైజెస్ లిమిటెడ్ (జీల్) ప్రమోటర్ సుభాష్ చంద్ర ఎస్సెల్ గ్రూప్ వాటాను ఇన్వెస్కో ఒపెన్హైమర్ డెవలపింగ్ మార్కెట్స్ ఫండ్ విక్రయించారు. 11 శాతం వాటాను రూ .4,224 కోట్ల విలువకు కొనుగోలు చేసింది. ఈ ఫండ్కు ఇప్పటికే కంపెనీలో 8 శాతం వాటా ఉంది. తాజా కొనుగోలు తరువాత జీల్లో ఫండ్ మొత్తం వాటా 19 శాతానికి పెరిగింది. కాగా ప్రమోటర్ల వాటా 25 శాతానికి తగ్గుతుంది. ఈ వివరాలను మార్కెట్ ముగిసిన అనంతరం కంపెనీ వెల్లడించింది. జీల్ ఎండీ, సీఈవో పునీత్ గోయంకా మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ ఆర్థిక పెట్టుబడిదారుగా కంపెనీపై నమ్మకం వుంచినందుకు సంతోషంగా ఉందన్నారు. ప్రమోటర్లు జీల్లో తమ వాటాను సగం (ఆ సమయంలో 42 శాతం) వ్యూహాత్మక పెట్టుబడిదారులకు విక్రయించడానికి ఉద్దేశించినట్లు ఎస్సెల్ గ్రూప్ నవంబర్లో ప్రకటించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. ఈ ఏడాది జనవరిలో, ఎస్సెల్ గ్రూప్ రుణదాతలు జీ ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్, డిష్ టివి వంటి ఎస్సెల్ కంపెనీలలో వాటాలను అమ్మడం ప్రారంభించింది. సెప్టెంబరు 2019 నాటికి రుణదాతలందరికీ రూ.11వేల కోట్ల రుణాలను తిరిగి చెల్లించాలనేది ఎస్సెల్ గ్రూప్ లక్ష్యం. ఈ నేపథ్యంలోనే తాజా డీల్. కాగా ఈక్వీటీ షేరు సుమారు 400 చొప్పున కొనుగోలు చేయనుంది ఇన్వెస్కో. దీని ప్రభావం గురువారం నాటి ట్రేడింగ్లో కనిపించనుంది.
