you can switch over from one team to the other if there is an opening and if your team and the new team is fine with that...working manchigane untundi ani vinna..pay and everything is competitive but you can even earn the same from start-ups outside but the only thing that matters is the stock options..

I heard in bay area some companies pay extra money if we are oncall --- over time laaga pay chestharu anta kada .. does FB has it any idea?

Depends on the client and manager...most of the good companies in bay have free food and drinks for employees all the time and if you stay overtime you will be re imbursed for cabs and dinner as well...ma company lo ite inthe

not just cabs and food vuncle.. one of my friend works for a big company in bay area .. he gets ~$1.5K every time he goes oncall

California has a rule.

if employee is considered working over time, then for every extra hour he needs to be paid 1.5 times of his salary.

But FT join aite u loose that perk in most of the companies, because they compensate it in form of casual leaves etc...

but if u r strict on that rule and fck up with ur manager,,,modatike mosam oche chances are more...so people settle down with casual compensation
